Löwenströmska Parken lies along the old Stockholmsvägen in Upplands Väsby The area comprises approximately 34 ha of land, and buildings of more than 30,000 m² from different eras it is characterised by its beautiful natural scenery, consisting of large open areas, areas of forest and a shoreline along Lake Fysingen.

The property, Hammarby 1:16, has major development potential thanks to its strategic location between Stockholm and Arlanda, its existing buildings and fine scenery. Löwenströmska Parken was acquired from Locum in 2007.

Savana is working strategically and carefully in developing Löwenströmska Parken, where we plan to upgrade parts of the current buildings and develop new buildings for housing, care and commerce. Currently, for example, the old sanatorium is being converted into accommodation for dementia patients

The major tenants today are AB Vårljus, They Care Hammarbygården AB and Sollentuna Municipality
