Wanted: Unbuilt attics
Do you represent a tenant-owners´association or do you own a real estate and own an attic you would like to sell? We are always interested in interesting attic objects. You are very welcome to contact us for a dialogue. Unfortunately all attics do not have the necessary requirements to function as flats.
When we look for possible attics to rebuild we have got some simple criteria which we follow:
How is the general state of the real estate?
How is the economy of the tenant-owners´association?
Is the attic flexible enough to give prospects of an individual and good living?
We look for e.g. cubic capacity, height, width, prospects of letting in light etc. And last but not least the possibility of getting a building permit which will permit a full exploitation of the prospects of the attic. If the answers to these questions are affirmative we will buy the attic and start looking for potential customers.
