Savana once started its activity by building a few larger real estates at different places in Sweden e.g. the well-known Montana house in Nacka. During the end of the nineties Savana built many attic flats in Stockholm – especially designed for the customer.

Savana has during the latest years widened its activities by also including the management of real estates and owns among other projects a commercial real estate in Tyresö which gradually has developed into a living centre of trade with shops and restaurants.

In March 2008 the “Löwenströmska” Park with its fine old traditions was purchased. The premises consist of about 35, 000 m2 and there are about 91 acres of land. There Savana will build new houses and renovate the already existing buildings which have a history going back to the 18th century and forward.
